How does the design process work?

At Christmas Decor of Southern DE, we know that your time is valuable, so we’ve created an easy process for you to submit images of your property right through our website. Once we receive your photos and/or videos, we’ll reach out to discuss your budget and vision for your holiday lights and greenery. If technology isn’t your thing, don’t worry! We’re happy to start with a phone consultation to get the ball rolling.

Our design experts will then provide customized recommendations tailored to your property, along with a design rendering for reference and inspiration. Once you’re happy with the design, we will send you a full quote and walk you through the next steps.

How does the installation and maintenance process work?
​
We lease our commercial-grade lights, garlands, and wreaths to you, eliminating the hassle of dealing with maintenance or warranty claims. If there are any issues with the decorations, our expert team will come out and promptly fix them at no additional cost. At the end of the holiday season, we perform a thorough inspection of the decorations, doing restorations as necessary, before storing them safely until next season!

May I provide my own decorations?

To ensure the highest quality and consistency for every install, we provide all of our clients with beautiful, commercial-grade lighting and décor that can withstand the rigors of the winter season.

Should I be at home for the installation?
​
You don’t have to be home for outdoor installations, but you’re welcome to see the magic unfold! Our technicians work carefully outside of your home to ensure there is no disruption to your daily routine.

What should I do if something happens to my decor?

Give our team a call! We’ll be happy to address your concerns and make any necessary repairs!

When are my decorations taken down?
​
We schedule a date and time for our team to come to your property, remove the décor, and prepare it for storage.

Where are my decorations stored?
​
We store all of our lights and decorations carefully at our facility so that you don’t have to worry about storage issues anymore!

How do I get scheduled for next season?

Our installation team will reach out to you to get your home on the schedule for the next holiday season!
